Simple Steps to get a Job easily

Hey Folks,

Welcome to my blog again with a very common topic nowadays on how to get a job. In this situation where the job is too less and demand is too high.

Well stay tuned and complete this blog reading and I hope it will give you every answer to your questions.

First of all, we will discuss common mistakes done by people, especially job seekers. Finding their first jobs or some experience to get a new job.

My motive is always believed in a Solution statement rather than discussing the problem statement. First, we will discuss problems mistakes and loopholes commonly done by people around. Then we will work on overcoming the problem's mistakes with some simple solutions.

So let’s get started..!

Job Search

Some common mistakes:

1. People most commonly search for Jobs to just earn, without looking into their ability to do so.

• Nowadays individuals search or apply for jobs by looking at someone’s profile by its earning and not their ability to do it.

• Everyone has a unique talent into them which opens up every individual to do things differently.

• Always Search for your passion first.

• The second step is to convert your passion into your earning, which eventually leads to an individual’s happiness to work and perfection to perform and give their best.

2. Unreliable job search due to panic and unemployment.

• This is the most common practice made by every individual.

• This ultimately results in low performance in the job and job losses.

• Getting higher stress and sadness results in depression.

3. No updated or Job-related Resume/C.V

• Many times people don’t understand what they are applying for.

• Results in Rejection on the first step.

• First impression is the last impression.

• Show unique and extra quality to your resume which increases your chance to get selected.

4. Searching in the wrong direction

• This is the most common mistake every individual does.

• They approach companies who are not in search of the quality/passion you have.

• Results in failure and rejections.

5. No more follow-up after a certain try

• People always give up after some amount of effort they do.

• Always make sure to ping any individual and take continuous follow-ups to stay in touch and reason to communicate.

• Also ask for your points to improve on your failure.

• Get feedback for your success to improve on them as well.

6. Give up on interviews

• After many interviews people give up and get frustrated.

• Every individual should actively participate in an interview to get the latest updates on the market and new openings to stay updated.

So now let’s discuss some solutions to get a job straight without wasting time.

1. Your first and full-time job is to find/search for a Job.

• So as you are searching for a job and really willing to do it turn out your daily 9 hours into the self-owned company to find a job.

• Work hard as if it’s your job to find new openings in your passion and into which you are best.

• Ping, Text, Call, message, post, etc. Connect on your social accounts like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc..!

• Never hesitate to do above mention points.

• If show-off is possible posting on social media. This is more important than that post which eventually makes you one step up to your dream job.

2. List your strength and weaknesses

• Maintain notes on what you are good at.

• List down every point on which you can get the job according to your ability.

• Every individual is unique and best into themselves. Identify your passion and try to brush up on your abilities to perform them.

• Write down your weaknesses and start working on them.

3. Build your resume/C.V

• Most important part of what people always skip or don’t focus more on.

• This is the very first step to present yourself, the agents, and the interviewer.

• Learn your Resume/C.V

• Make a professional Resume/C.V (Avoid images, charts, graphics, or funky symbols)

• Eg.: Tapan_Patni_CV.pdf

4. Apply to your area of interest rather than comparing it with others.

• Nowadays people compare jobs by their completely wrong earnings.

• A fish never has the ability to climb a tree which doesn’t make fish useless or less talented.

• Always follow your area of interest and what you are best at and improve into that field day today.

5. Research your employer

• Always make a habit to learn, reading, and understand what your employer is actually in need of.

• Walk through their clients, daily activities, the culture they follow, and most important what quality they are in the search of.

• Research their website or other social media handles and ask your community for the same.

• Get reviews of the company you are applying to.

6. Align your skills with the company goals

• As mentioned above after some research on the company profile aligns yourself as per the company’s requirement.

• Build and Highlight points into your resume for the company are finding for.

• Work on the abilities you already have to improve and polish them.

• Upgrade yourself to overcome your weakness and company requirements.

7. Time for an Interview or to learn from your failure.

• Once you get selected for the interview follow all above mention points.

• Be confident.

• In many cases language is not the barrier, try to speak in a language in which you are more confident. (Not into jobs where English or any other language is compulsory)

• This gives you more confidence and power to express your knowledge.

• It’s the chance to show yourself and express all that you have.

• Always ask for feedback on your improvements so that either you get selected or you learn from your mistakes.

8. Knowledge is most important than negotiating your salary

• As a learner your first goal should be on learning.

• Once you have enough years of experience and Expertise Company will come running after you.

• Focus on knowledge rather than arguing about the salary part.
