They are not free and as they are not free means

monitoring tools.
Though some of the extra
functionalities which are present in enterprise tools are available in the
open-source tools for that we need to configure and we need to put some extra
effort to use those functionalities for free.
So, it is always recommended to pay some amount of fees to save time to utilize our vim for more worthwhile attributions.
